Relaxlands offers USPS First Class and Priority shipping rates to the contiguous US states. We charge flat shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
When an order is placed on relaxlands.com, the order is processed immediately. We cannot cancel or change an order once it’s submitted. Please, contact us if you need to cancel your order.

- Please, email us at email@example.com (subject: return/exchange) and indicate the products you wish to return or exchange. Remember that you need to include the product(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will contact you if additional funds are required for the exchange order.
- Relaxlands is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please, make a copy of your invoice and keep it for your records.
- The return must be postmarked within 15 days of the original ship date on your invoice and the product(s) must be full.
