Shipping Overview
We only offer shipping to the U.S. We may use USPS, UPS or FedEx to ship your package domestically.
We can also provide domestic expedited service at a higher rate. For more information about our shipping carriers or questions, please email support@relaxlands.com
Please note we only ship Monday-Friday during normal business hours. If your order is placed during non-business hours, it will be processed the following business day. We do not ship over the weekend. Please, allow 5 business days for order fulfillment.
If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately.
Shipping Costs
Relaxlands may offer USPS, UPS or FedEx ground shipping rates to the contiguous US states. Shipping rates are more expensive to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Cancelations
When an order is placed on relaxlands.com, the order is processed immediately. We cannot cancel or change an order once it’s submitted. Please, contact us if you need to cancel or change your order. If you need a reimbursement after placing an order, additional fees may apply.
If you are unhappy or not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or through IG.
Returns/Exchanges
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:
- Please, email us at relaxlands@gmail.com (subject: return/exchange) and indicate the products you wish to return or exchange. Remember that you need to include the product(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will contact you if additional funds are required for the exchange order.
- Relaxlands is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please, make a copy of your invoice and keep it for your records.
- The return must be postmarked within 15 days of the original ship date on your invoice and the product(s) must be full.
- Please, ship the products to the address below to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund:

- Please, include your shipping address and the invoice number on the package so that we can identify who the returned items came from.
- We will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has been processed.
- All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
- Please, allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles. If your credit card has expired prior to your return request, we may offer a Relaxlands credit instead.
